Artfully Born Birth Solutions

Artfully Born was "birthed" from a desire to see the beauty and normalcy of birth renewed in our
society and in our local community.  The name of the company recognizes that like pieces of art, each birth is unique and
different.  A woman in labor is not a project to be managed, but a masterpiece to behold.  As a doula,
it is my job to exhort and uplift a woman as she walks through her labor....remind her that she is not
alone -  that she is strong and capable, and  surrounded by care and compassion.  My goal is to help usher her into the
blessing of motherhood.

As a collective community of doulas serving the Charlotte area, our goal as a group is to remain up to date in our education and training.  We seek to serve families in a way that empowers them and supports them unconditionally.  It is our passion to see women's choices and desires honored in the local birth environment and to insure that our clients are aware of all of their options.    

 As my practice grew, I began to feel the desire to help other doulas to grow and feel supported in their practice. As a new doula, I often wished I could benefit from the experience of someone who had already found their way in the birth world.  As more doulas became interested in this same concept, I developed my doula education/support community in the Charlotte area.  The doulas on my website have gone the extra mile to receive further training, mentoring and education to insure that they provide the best care to their clients and the families that they will serve in the future!
